Now that I have the compressor loose, how do I remove it from the vehicle? Am I going to have to competely remove the p/s pump? If so, where's a good write up?

Here's the answer. I was able to take to power steering pump loose from the bracket by removing the pivot bolt and the nut that secures the adjustment. I did NOT disconnect any of the hoses from the pump. With the pump removed from the bracket, I unbolted the power steering pump bracket from the engine (2 bolts you can see easily and 1 lower one that is not as obvious). With the power steering pump bracket removed and pushing the pump toward the fan, I was BARELY able to fish the compressor out from the top.

Remove the fan shroud theres 4 10mm bolts and it slides right up loosen all the belts then remove the fan 4 12mm nuts then ubolt power steering pump and move it out of the way but dont dissconnect the lines, now you have all the room you need to get the compressor out theres 4 long bolts that hold the compressor on

When reinstalling the compressor, don't forget to put the long bolt on the bottom/rear in first. You probably won't be able to get it in once the compressor is back in place.

I was able to fish the compressor out through the top. I did remove the ps pump without disconnecting the lines. Remove the bracket that the pump mounts to gave me that last little bit of room I was looking for.

Where was this advice when I was still working on it? Could've saved me messing with that bracket. ;-)
