Its the avid light bar (used to mount a light bar. Not the actual light bar) It matches the side steps

So when doing a grill dont think bondo is not necessary. IT IS! I forgot it and thought I could make it work with just epoxy. It doesnt work. So down the line I will be redoing it with bondo.

Oh that Is a good idea. The epoxy just doesnt sand well and you still get in even pockets. So im going to home depot today to get some bondo and some smaller screws so hopefully that will work. I will find out tonight I guess

I used zip ties to really suck the mesh tight to the frame before I used the goop. The goop dried so well I had to cut the zip ties in pieces to get them off. The parts of the zip ties that were under the goop had to stay there. Only thing is you have to pay real close attention to how much you apply at once. It will run on you a little and you don't want it running out to the front of the grill. I just took my time and applied it a small amount at a time and as it dried I re applied it where needed. Cost me an extra day of having the grill off but you saw the results. It turned out sweet.

Grill done. Well kinda. Need to redo two bolts that busted loose and finish repainting it. But its done enough for my schedule currently. Will getback in and finish it off on my next free day. I also need to figure out where to put the green leds . Was originally thinking behind the grill as a back lighting. Kinda thinking I might do them on the upper lip on the outside like the raptor style amber ones just in green instead.
