I'm jealous as I don't have my bumper yet. My truck looks awkward to me with the factory bumper and the glass fenders.

Made my first attempt at the Ben Wa sliding rear window bracket using 1/8th inch aluminum, rivets and a dremel. Not pretty and not functional. 1/8th is too thick with the rubber gasket in place.

So many mods and so little money. I want to do all kinds of things like this, but cash is hard to come by. Think I've spend close to 350 in the past couple weeks and have 400 earmarked for esp truck's lockable storage bins.

Good idea but the rivets may interfere with attaching your cable.

Got some new-to-me wheels. SCS F5 Bronze, with some LT265/75R16 tires already on them. Works good for me as I am debating moving up in tire size so this lets me check it out without buying new ones and then possibly regretting it later.

    After:
    P1000101.jpg

Tires will have to be replaced fairly soon, but will last long enough for me to make a decision as to what size to go with. A little concerned with the added height and weight bogging my 2.7 down, but so far so good on the drive home.

I do not understand the idea behind flying a huge American flag behind a Japanese truck. I just cannot seem to grasp the purpose, outside of being obnoxious.
