True 70? Or when your speedo says 70?

That should be flipped, your speedo should read less than your actual speed. I think @Shmellmopwho said his speedo reads about 64ish when hes really doing 70.

When my speedo reads 60 im really doing 63.. Your speedo is set for stock size tires (31's), going up to a 33 or 35 means when your set at a speed on the speedo, you'll really travel further because of the increase diameter of the tires.. Takes more distance to do one revolution of a 33 or 35, than a 31.

Wait fuck I totally read @Acerwin backwards. I thought he meant his speedo was reading higher than what he was actually driving which made no sense. Oops didn't realize he cleared that up

Yes on 35's with 4.88's, when my speedo says 60 I'm really going right around 67-68. So it's about 7-8 mph off

@Sacrifice you were right all the hardware was in a bag that ripped open during transit and it all came out, so hopefully I have everything... But the hardware is high quality. Going to be fun to see what fits where but your explanation should help.

Also @ramonortiz55 when you asked how I mounted the light bar I put it on the cross bar behind the wind deflector, don't. That was the cause of a ton of wind noise since the gap is small between the light bar and wind deflector. Instead use the longer legs and mount it to the first cross bar behind the wind deflector. I can get a pic of mine tomorrow but put the t slots in the channel facing forward, if that makes sense.

One of my friends here got the rack at the same time with a single row, he said he had no wind noise and I looked at his to find the difference.
