Yeah, I'd move as soon as I could.

 

Just started on my 16th cord of wood today but have enough left to get me through. Load of logs cost me 425.00 but then I have to cut and split. Ended up with close to 18 cord out of it.

 

I'm pretty sure that they don't charge your card until it is in stock and you can cancel the order at any time, so you might as well go ahead and get one on order. The closer it gets to summer, the more orders will back up.

Nope, but he'll be dying from the heat/humidity in the summer!

 

Last year 23 out of 28 days of Feb got below 0 and 10 nights were -20 or colder.

 

That's what I've got. I ordered the 45 Tan before they even had any. Got it just before Thanksgiving. Ordered a 20 Tan yesterday. The 45 impresses me A LOT. Very nice cooler.

 

Anyone else notice the "Items discussed in the thread" at the bottom of the page is gone?

Hell we are just putting on hats and gloves at that point. How about this one ? 1979 Tug Hill (25 miles north of me had 77" inches of snow in 24 hours !

Oh yeah, MicComa, have you check real estate prices here compared to where you live?? I don't know about where you live in NY, but most of the folks I know here from NY say the real estate is much lower here.
Real estate here is actually about 25% more than where I came from.

I do but hard to tell because not knowing the areas hard for me to tell so I am going by sizes and house pics. We are all over the place on prices here depending on area. Taxes here get ya.
