Did you find anyone with this tool? I'm thinking of changing mines out when I do my wheel bearings too

 

gotta try the marketplace sub forum to see if someone selling one, i sold mine on there a while back.

 

Easy ennuf to instal? How about pounding in the new bearing? What did you use? Sockets?

New to the tacomaworld forum but have been reading up on some of your builds. Many of you are extremely talented.
I hope to someday join you in one of your Peacock Flats camping trips. But I only have a 2x4 so, it will probably have to wait until I get a better truck.

I have done some basic mods on my Prerunner but wish to add on some minor details and some island flavor to it.

Anyway, couple of questions:

1) Where can I get a bedside decal with the Hawaiian islands?

2) Also, is anyone selling a Devil Horns front grill Toyota emblem?

wasn't too bad, i can't remember if i used a socket or my friend's race and driver seal set to pound them in. Probably used sockets. I changed mines for no reason though because i thought it was bad but was just a bad wheel bearing lol.

 

I want to change it out because I'm gonna have pretty much everything out of the way if I do the neddle bearing. But I'm hoping it will be my wheel bearing I got all the symptoms but we'll see. The tool alone for the needle is $60 and $60 just for that bearing (sleeve)

 

Shows I haven't been on in awhile when I JUST saw this. But yeah, all me decals are blocked by the headrests.

 

I am buying the removal tool. I can whore it out to anyone else on island that needs. I haven't checked yet, but I've read that auto zone has the install tool kit to rent. Mine isn't bad, but I'm changing both hubs/bearings and just gonna do it. Planning on keeping this taco till it dies so why not

Thanks, @squint0241! I messaged @deeezy and basically said I feel like I knew him after reading his entire build. I finished yours, too. Seriously feels like I know you guys without even meeting you. You guys are seriously talented and crazy props to you guys for all the mods you have done. I will continue to read other local taco owners builds and hope to continue to gain insight and develop ideas of my own.

Anyway, I just sent @CBoy808 a PM for the vinyl stickers. LogCabins gave me the contact info earlier. (Thanks, @LogCabins!)

As for the Devil Horns, I was hoping to buy them off someone who no longer needs/wants them. I did contact Andres, but the cost is a bit more than I'd like to pay for a new emblem. So I was hoping to buy a used one here locally.
