Just ordered $160 worth of transfer case sensors at my dealership  Hopefully they will be in tomorrow, and maybe I can finally get the transfer case back in. Of course I have big tests Wednesday and Thursday so that may slow my progress down a bit.

The transfer case itself has 3, all of which sit on top and are damn near impossible to reach without removing the case. Since I have it out right now, I'm replacing all the sensors on the case just for peace of mind and to prevent future headaches. There's another two sensors on the transfer case actuator, and a 6th sensor on the front axle. All those are the same part number, and extremely easy to get to in comparison to the transfer case sensors.

Stock bottle jack between top of fender well and upper control arm. Jack it up to droop down the suspension until you have enough room to get it in.

doesnt tear up your fender well?

Which side does the base of the bottle jack go, towards the fender well or on the UCA?

It goes in upside down, so base goes to the fender well, and the tip of the jack goes right behind the castle nut. And the fender is more than strong enough right there to not fold or crumple or anything

I'll try that. How about that spacer? Towards the front or rear?

What spacer are you talking of?

It does tear up your fender well. This is what I concluded to me not being able to initially access my third too bolt on my driverside coilover
