On my main lifts, I usually try to stick to 2 mins. Bench, squat, deads...unless I'm at like 90% of my max. I'll take 3-5 if I'm doing multiple sets that heavy.

All subsequent lifts are usually 30-90 seconds.

Just used a rice cooker for the first time in my life and I'm never cooking rice any other way.

I'm 60-90 (unless waiting on him) on most lifts. Max days I'm 3-5 min or if I'm doing 85-90% of max for working reps, like you said. I also hate cardio, so it's good to go less rest and not allow my heart beat to slow so I still get that high intensity aspect in my workouts...

    Wtf! I'm 6'5" about 258 right now I hope I was 259 last week.

Gonna keep cutting until 200-210 then maintain until I can have skin surgery.

I take 1-1.5 mins between everything unless it's super heavy. Then it's anywhere from 2-5. Just had a good chestntris workout.

    all 4 sets of 8-15:
    incline bench
    flat dumbbell bench press
    incline flys
cable flys: 2 sets from bottom position, 2 from middle, 2 from top

rope triceps pushdowns superset with pushups: 3 sets of 10
straight bar pushdowns superset with the same, but with palms up grip: 3 sets of 10
seated dumbbell overhead press: 3 sets of 10-12

Went back a little too far on a cable fly and pulled something in my shoulder. Not bad enough to stop my workout, but it's a dull pain in the ass. Should be good before shoulder day

My wife says she'll diet with me when I start cutting. Dis gun b gud. My hardest task is to get her on a high protein diet. All she literally eats is carbs.

Same. My wife probably consumes no more than 50g/day. She eats super clean all the time, but definitely not enough meat...

Honestly, that's what I call a cool story bro. Such a riveting tale, I honestly copy and pasted it to
word, saved on my hard drive, backed it up on a jump drive, drove to the bank, put the jump
drive in the safe deposit box, and will leave it there until my kids turn about 12 (when they can
actually state their age, and ask what it is I'm showing them), when I will pick it up, put it in an
old USB drive reader and relay this cool story to them and tell them, "kids, this is what a cool
story should look and sound like...not like the stories your generation tells.

Was that epic short story a comment to my Chick Fil A comment? If so, you quoted the wrong thing.......I'm so confused.

But there's nothing wrong with Chick Fil A....it's just part of the reason I'm fat.
