i believe I've installed my light bar in a war I haven't seen yet. But who knows.

It's not on the bumper itself. It's actually behind the bumper so nobody can easily steal it. I used L brackets that I drilled into the back of the crash bar.

actually many people have installed it this way. there's a thread somewhere here for "LED light bar ideas" and some have made brackets or used flat stock across the bumper support bar to hold the light bar

    Hey,

Sorry, I did not have the time this weekend. Changed oil, switched to summer tire, fixed the e-brake. And I have a appointement at the dealer to check my frame this week. I don't want to drill in it yet hehe. My light bar brackett are different, and I dont think I want to put it so far behind so I am not able to clean it from dust and snow. Maybe by cutting the plastic things it could be good... I'll keep you in touch!

Sounds good. I did a full detail yesterday and was able to clean it very easily with it in that spot. Just so you know

I am having my frame replace from the dealer... I guess I'll wait for the install!
