Well... It was kind of a dick move to flash your lights at him. Don't get me wrong, it sounds like he was being a d-bag to begin with, but escalating it probably didn't help.

Just another day in Jax. I have to run the Northwest quarter of 295 every morning and I've seen everything...

295 is the outer speedway of Jax. Doesn't matter if you're on the Westside, Southside, or the off ramps... people drive like they are crazed idiots.

Red light runners are another thing too.

So did anyone go wheeling with the rain we had the last few days?

Picked this up on Friday... Quicksand was a no-go, ony 3 to choose from that would arrive in time to sign the lease promotion that SE Toyota dealers were running and those 3 Tacos were loaded with every feature ($5-8k more than we wanted to spend). We ended up going with Silver. Very happy with our 2016 TRD Off Road DCSB.

Silver was the other choice, and I would have gotten it... But Coggin called and said the Quicksand was coming in, so that pushed me towards that. Nice trucks either way!

Yea last oil change and steering wheel vibrations at hiway speeds. And when i apply brakes vibes get worse. Especially if i apply brakes hard.

Yeah, rotors are all at owners expense. Kind of surprised at 10 months you need rotors done though. You have a lot of emergency stopping?

Nice. Good call on the silver over desert sand. Not a big fan of desert sand.

Fixed it with a simple rebalancing of wheels. And avoided a steal from the stealership
They didnt even drive it. And a warped rotor wouldnt effect my steering while whilst not braking i dont think

No, it shouldn't. I had an old Chevy Equinox that would get warped rotors at any emergency stop. As I would apply the brakes, the steering wheel would shake, but only then. A vibrating wheel at speed is something else, most likely the balance issue you got fixed. Hope it's running better for you now.

BTW, how did you like the service Dept there? Never been there yet, but will in about a month for my "free" oil change. After that I plan on doing all of it myself.

    Getting there...
Anybody know of a decent shop here for lights? My hids stopped working tonight and want them to get sorted before I hit the highway again. Thanks

The way i see it they all suck lol. Aside from trying to shaft me into those rotors and them playing my system the first time i went there. They havent fucked up too bad. Who ever drove my truck out into the lot after the oil change left there paper floor mat and seat liner inside so i left that in their parking lot. And they jammed my seat back into my subwoofer box that has a pvc port sticking out of the front which pissed me off

Silver was definitely the way to go. I dealt with every Toyota dealer from Jax to Savannah, ended up having mine delivered from a dealer in Camden SC for $2k less than anyone else could do. Absolutely love mine.
