    I've had my mirrors on a few months now and I eventually ran into an issue with my left mirror. I contacted Rob and he quickly put me in touch with the manufacturer. A few emails later, the manufacturer said they will be sending me a replacement mirror as soon as it comes off of the assembly line in a week. One week later, I get a shipping notification and the mirror arrived a few days after that. They told me I did not need to send in my mirror unit and that I could keep it in case I needed to replace the mirror if I ever broke the one on my truck.

    Overall, the customer service I received from both Rob (@mach1man001) and the manufacturer was top notch. They quickly found a way to resolve my problem. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend these mirrors to anyone needing tow mirrors!
