Oh haha...I was about to say you know you're not supposed to drink the bong water, right?

Yeah, I use MyFitnessPal. When bulking or cutting, I usually stick to the same foods everyday b/c eating the same thing over and over doesn't really bother me like it does most people. I do use it to look up the foods I do eat, though, just so I know where my numbers are. We got a food scale as a wedding gift, so I've been using the hell out of it to get everything perfect. I'd say my calories and macros are probably no more than 4-5 grams off per day. My goal is to only have a cheat meal every two weeks and I'm gonna stick to boozing it up only 1-2 times per month and I'm gonna stick to vodka and tonic or whiskey and water.

This all looks good in theory lol...

Oh and @zacharypaul89 i copied your workout last night and you're going to have to explain the top rung incline cable fly. I did that shit last night and looked like a retard basically doing lat pull downs because at that angle no way to do a fly for me

It's usually either hot wings and fries or pizza. I'll occasionally do Flamin Hot Cheetos, Wendy's, Chick Fil A, Zaxby's or something like that, too...but basically hot wings or pizza lol

Almost just died with my finisher. Felt like punishing myself today, succeeded...

Did back/bis for ~35 min. Keep in mind I'm on my own and was taking 30-60 sec rest so I got a lot of work in during that span. Finished off with 10min of 45sec sprints and 20 push ups. Got 7 rounds before the time ran out. Put my hoodie back on before I got on the treadmill and was sweating like a pig. Couldn't even get it off when I was done. I've got black fibers all over my arms from where it became paste against my skin.

Oh ours has about 10 different adjustments. From flat to 90 and everything in between

I wish we had one like that. Ours goes from flat to 45 degrees. I also wish we had an adjustable decline bench. We have a decline bench press, but I'd like one where I can do skullcrushers and flys on it without worrying about hitting anything on the bench.

I wish we had a decline as well. Only thing we have is a sit up rack that I sometimes use for decline but no leg support

I think I am finally adjusting to having switched to 10 reps per set. I feel like such a little girl now. Since I have almost entirely trained between 3-5 reps for the past two years, my body wears out fast and doing heavy weight at those reps is a no no. The good news is I can tell the gains are on the way.

Has anyone ever tried making vegetable shakes? I'm trying to think of something that'd be a good concoction, but I can't think of anything.

What do you mean? Like adding bananas to a chocolate protein shake? Or using those websites that custom make protein powders to your order?

I was trying to think of something with maybe spinach, some berries, maybe kiwi, etc. I get PLENTY of protein throughout the day, but my veggie game is weak. I hate eating salads and shit like that, so I was trying to think of a good smoothie that doesn't taste like shit

Pretty sure if it's going to be green, it's going to taste like shit. Id rather just eat the spinach in a salad haha.

True. I'm thinking if I can mix some spinach with a bunch of other shit that's good, I won't taste it. It's not that I don't mind spinach, but it's such a pain to make a good salad. It's like a baked potato....takes like 20 damn minutes to prepare it!

just found this one...Everything in it, I already eat, minus the spinach. Might try it

    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup yogurt
    1 banana
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    2 cups spinach
    1 cup ice

    Doesn't sound bad
