100g of sugar in 1 shake?!? How bad is your bacne? Haha. If I ate that, a blind person could read my back like braille. It would say "I'm touching a fatty"

No kidding right! Not to mention 1600 calories in a shake seems a bit excessive. The shake should be renamed the diabetes delight. Its a recipe that comes with Universal's mass gainer. No doubt that mass is what you'll gain, probably not in the way you want though

When I first started lifting I looked in to some mass gainers but all of them had such high sugar content, and they were like $50/tub which didn't seem that bad until you look at the servings per jug and it was like 8. I never got any, mainly because I really did have a bacne problem and couldn't do the sugar intake. I remedied my bacne and could probably do it now, but I've gained 25lbs through diet and muscle gain without them over the past 4 years so I don't think I'd ever try it now. I'll just stick to Apple Jacks and Fruit Loops

I did the ON Serious Mass when I first started, but like you said, it's sooooo expensive. I eventually just started making my own mass-gainers with stuff like oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, and anything else I could stuff in a blender.

    Quite aware, actually.
It's a last minute Vegas trip diet so to speak.
I won't be losing any fat, really. Just water weight. So once back to normal levels, I fully expect to be back at my normal weight. But I'm willing to try anything once lol.

Ah okay. I'm no expert, but I wouldn't think losing water would make a difference in the way you look until you're in the single digit body fat numbers. Could be wrong though

Agreed. However, if I was already in the single digit BF numbers I probably wouldn't even be trying something like this to begin with lol.
I figure I'll give it a shot and see how it goes. Vegas is Vegas no matter what! :)

True that. We went a few years back and I got cut and we went to a pool party and I looked like a bitch lol. There were roided out dudes everywhere and they all made me look fat and skinny at the same time lol. Definitely not my scene. It was like being on an episode of Jersey Shore. Other than the douche-tastic night clubs and pool parties, Vegas is fun. I don't even really gamble and I had fun. We stayed at the Hard Rock, so I mostly walked around and looked at memorabilia and played cheap slots for free drinks while my friends gambled. I just don't like donating money to games where the odds are stacked against you. I love some Texas Hold Em though! Where are you staying?

lol agreed. There will be douches everywhere in Vegas. It's inevitable. If all else fails, just stay in the water at or near chest level cuz I have confidence in my shoulder gainz nomesayin'?! haha

Losing water weight for a Vegas trip sounds like the dumbest idea ever. If anything you should be slamming as much water as possible.

Not sure why you care so much anyways. Its not like your obese.

These are the types of dudes we saw in Vegas:

this x 34545645. It's hot as hell out there and, with alcohol involved, you're bound to get dehydrated, which makes you feel like complete shit.

Very true. I just wanna look like Steve Cook...is that too much to ask?

I've got a Ninja Blender, but it's still in the box. I'm gonna break it out for this concoction though. I combined 2-3 recipes and put my own little tweak on it. I'm gonna try it this weekend and see how it is:

    1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
    1 cup blueberries
    2 cups spinach
    1/2 lime
    1/2 avocado
    1 cup skim milk
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    1 banana

Either it's gonna be amazing or it's gonna taste like complete shit

Uhhh...from what I remember, it was about creatine and whether you should cycle it, load it, how much to take, etc.
