Vehicle safe for 2016 Tacoma?

Does anyone make a vehicle safe specifically for the 3rd Gen? It needs to be really secure.

Not trying to knock the product but.... Aluminum? Aluminum bends wayyy too easily. Plus it has a low melting point! Any propane torch from any parts or hardware store can melt aluminum. Needs iron IMO.

basic googling shows aluminum's melting point is 660 centigrade. Propane/oxygen torch burns at 2526 centigrade.

Not sure how I missed that. No picture but, if it is like their other models, it should be very secure.

I have a conceal-carry permit. A firearm must be locked up when left in the vehicle. I would want it to be far more secure than a locked glove-box.

 

FWIW, the original under seat storage is plastic. If we're talking about protection from torches, I cannot help. I am interested in thwarting common thievery.

Get the Gun Vault one that has a steel cable. It will lock under your seat. I used that in my old truck for 5+ years.

Why do you say that? The G19 is the do-all 9mm.

 

lol, jk the 19 is better for most applications. I just love my 17.
