    Sandy neck has driving and camping. But you are supposed to "pack in" that being said you can drop your stuff off drive the truck out and walk back. Or hitch hike which is really easy on the beach

    Not quite Orleans but One of my friends started a charter business. Unfortunately they run it out of Bourne so there isn't much in the way of nice places to stay, like the upper cape.

    I'll have to check them out if we decide to do it. We stay in Dennis, off of 6A, so Bourne really isn't that far and usually don't have to worry about traffic along 6A (or rt 6) early in the morning.
