    thats exactly where i was going to put it. started this morning, but then realized the plastic bracket I would use to mount it in the bumper is broken, so need a new one.

    originally I was going to do that, but IMO it doesnt really move it out of the way any more than it is now. its just going to be pointing down then.

    Went to the Toyota store today to order my wife a new 4Runner as a surprise birthday present and had a WTF moment.

    In our region - St. Louis metro east - ordering a mag grey trail premium with KDSS takes 4-5 weeks to build and deliver. Add the sliding rear tray option to the order pushes the build and delivery time out to 12-14 weeks. Makes no sense.

    In other news, who has successfully retrofitted the heated/cooled limited seats into a different trim model 4Runner or Tacoma for that matter?

    Mine came with my Towing package.

    Unfortunately, I am not handy with electrical- let alone automotive electrical, lol.

    Right now mine is still busted up. Need to find a solution for the wiring harness and likely purchase the @bullaculla bracket, once the busted harness is taken care of.
