Question folks. Does anyone know someone/somewhere that can cut out perfect circles of 16 or 18ga aluminum? I need to make some patch panels to cover up holes in an Airstream. Unfortunately, a couple of them are at eye level, so hand cut won't look good enough. I already patched the bullet hole, but that patch went on the inside since they wanted to retain the hole in the exterior skin.

What else would make me giddy? Haha

    Are floor mats a mod?
Yes, but if it's on a container ship, maybe no.

I can get the material. What I need are as close to perfectly round as possible patches. 1@ 3.5", 3@6", 1@ 7".
What it is for is to patch over holes in the airstream that are not being used either due to layout change or removal of outdated components. Also will have to get an oblong patch made once I get the original fridge vent off.

Can you get the patch under the skin? If so size wouldn't be as critical. Easier to seal and rivet as well. http://www.ebay.com/bhp/aluminum-disc

Edit: This link is a little better sorted- http://www.sharpeproducts.com/store/metal-round-disks

What in actually doing is sandwiching the original skin with the patches. They want the patches on the outside, but I am also putting one on the inside with sealant between both patches and the original skin. I already replaced 6' of frame and the entire floor has been replaced. Leaks will not happen anymore when it's done.
    All rivets are buck/brazier rivets.
