    So ummm.... any word when they're going to be ready for us to start sending money? Also, how is CVT going to correspond with those that have group shipping together? I'm gonna need them to tell me what they need me to do as the host of the So Cal group shipping. I have 11 guys so far sending money and I'm the host of the group shipping. So lots of money changing hands and I'd like to run a smooth transaction as best as possible.

    I wonder this too, I know Im number 15 on the list so Im stoked on that because it would mean mine would be shipped sooner but as a group we can save the money, meet new friends, and since we are cali its not like we are super far from CVT. Hopefully we can figure this out so I can see if my bday plan will work out or if Ill be forced to ground tent it :bananadead::tumbleweed:

    Usually everyone just tells CVT that their order is to be held for group shipment when placing their order. Payment for shipping goes along with the purchase - no need for you to handle any money :confused:

    Right. I certainly won't be handling any money. That's all between the customer and CVT. I'm just curious when they're going to be ready for us to send them cash. The biggest hiccup I foresee is one or two guys lagging on payment and holding up shipping. My first time doing this group shipping is all and just want all the guys involved to have a smooth experience. Thanks @MTgirl

    Your comment about sending money made it sound like you were having them pay you....
    Downside to the group shipping is that no one gets their tent until everyone has ordered. Just the way it is. Place your order, let them know you're receiving the shipments for members, x, y, z. Then x, y, z tell them to hold and ship to you.

    Good morning everyone,

    Thank you all for your time and patience. Sorry for the lack of communication as I have been on the road and the shop has been slammed with sales and installs. This year by far has been busier than any other year. We have added 4 new staff members to help with phones, sales, books and installs.
    We will start the group buy the 3rd week of April as the tan tents will start coming in around that time.
    Also we asked the factory to not add some annex rooms as we know some folks didn't want them. The problem is they made some of the ones with the overhang have no zipper to ever be able to have an annex. So if you want a tent with the overhang and no annex we do have some of those.
    The two colors for the summit are tan and bright green right now.
    If you need your product before then please let us know and let's see if we can help you out.
    As far as group shipping hoes please let us know how many and what they are and we can get a quote.
    We will get it all done together. We will get a list from Ramon and go from there.
