    Managers Meeting Day. Oh the joy.....:facepalm:.

    Got a funeral to attend this evening. An old friend who we were once close to, but a divorce and re-marriage changed who was allowed to be friends with whom.... His current wife doesn't like me or my wife. Gotta go, but know there will be animosity. Probably won't be staying long. Never a comfortable situation.....

    Aaaaaaaaaaaaand Karma......When I was young, I raced dirt bikes. I used to work on my bike at home, then "test ride" it in the yard. No regard to neighbors......Now I have a neighbor who's two boys are into dirt bikes....and apparently riding after dark.....while I'm trying to sleep. :bikewheelie::bikewheelie2::bikewhoops::facepalm:

    Oh well.....

    Three weeks with my son felt like three days. He's back in England now... fighting fires and chasing after Brittish girls. Sure was nice to have him here !

    We went to the funeral home last night. My old friend was a biker in the truest sense of the term. His Harley was parked next to the coffin. I was one of the few there that WASN'T wearing my "colors". I have a Harley too, but don't do the "stereotypical biker look", nor do I want to. Quite a few of the guys there knew me and spoke, but I'm just not "one of them". Lot of drinking and dope smokin' in the parking lot. We walked in, paid our respects, then left. Just not my scene.... Godspeed Kenny.....You'll be missed my friend.

    I didn't sleep too well last night. Thinking about "the good ol' days"....Funny how losing a friend will make you look back at your own life.

    Looking at possibility of heavy storms here later on today. Also have to let an employee go. That's NEVER fun. This person refuses to follow directions. Regular square peg in a round hole.....

    OK. Let the fun begin....

    Glad to hear you had a good visit, can't imagine my son being that far away. Let's see, blue went back in the hospital, Moose is still missing, my truck got rear ended twice in a week and they compared to to a sexual act (tsk,tsk).
