Do you have pics now? I'd say keep cutting and get your bf lower to kind of start over with a clean slate per say. Then start clean bulking.

Yeah I do. Not really super excited about posting them publicly. Not the shirtless ones. Lol. I'm still very ashamed of my body

It's all good. I think you should cut more then clean bulk when you're at a comfortable bf. 6'5 at around 210 is still a pretty athletic build.

Remember that probably 10 pounds and a few percent of body fat is extra skin.

I say you get down to your desired bodyfat and slowly add the mass you want...then you'l be happy with your body year-round and you'll be able to tell easier if you're putting fat on. Putting fat on at 10% is a lot more obvious than putting it on over 14-15%.

    Here: https://www.the-newshub.com/other-sport/rich-piana-done-with-bigger-by-the-day

He said that he was putting on size to prove how easy it is (if you're willing to do ANYTHING it takes) He said he's comfortable around 275, but got up to 314 and said it sucked. I guess he's just gonna go back down to 275...what a little bitch

It's really really really hard to tack on a lot of weight once you get to 10-12% BF if you are in a maintaining state. I have high metabolism but I also work hard to stay lean. I'm only 5'9" and currently the heaviest I've ever been at 170, but it's taken me a really really long time to get to the weight (from 140ish) and keep the body fat at 10 or below(I don't bulk and cut like most people in here). I'd say you should keep cutting and shedding weight until you get to your goal BF and then maintain/slowly bulk.

Do you all think it's improbable for me to get to 205 and still be healthy looking ? From the way people act when I say I want to drop
To 205 they lose their shit over it saying I'm too big Frame wise to even consider it

If your low body fat yeah. Like cut. But I'm 6'4 205 and I want to get a lot bigger. I'm not sure what my body fat percentage is but I'm definitely not cut and not super doughy.

Shit, if I was your height, I'd want to be like 250 lbs lean! 205 seems like you'd look like a telephone pole

That's what I was saying to begin with. That's why I said should I keep cutting or start main ting and turning what bf I have left into muscle. I am fully prepared to keep cutting to a lower weight to get the bf lower but I ultimately am going to bulk back up to lean #

Damn you're 6'4? I thought you were like 4'11 from watching all your snaps.

BF won't turn into muscle. So if you start bulking now, you will gain size and that may discourage you.

Staying the same weight and losing fat and gaining muscle is called recomping and it is reaaaaaally hard to do and a reeeeeeally slow process. Usually only newbs and people on juice can do it and get good results. I'd recommend cutting to your desired bodyfat and then bulking back up

I agree that this is the ultimate goal. It will obviously take some time to get there. But in my opinion, cutting to a low bf first before bulking rather than bulking at his current bf is a much better road.
