Change in options and prices?

I know I should Ask this to the dealer, but My Dad asked me to built same exact Tacoma as mine but in black.
Went to Toyota to build and price, just like I did before, when I bought mine.
To make it short I see prices have decreased and cant find the SR5 appearance package I used on my ,also I see parking sensor and colored fenders as an option for SR5, when I built mine that wasn't an option for me, and I cannot find tow package to add.
So many changes in 4 weeks?

 

Toyota's worthless online configurator only allows configurations that are in stock at local dealers. Yet another example of Toyota telling you what you want, instead of asking.

 

Dint know Toyota does that. Kind of disappointing. Didnt know I have more or less options, Glad I'm happy with my configuration except that colored bumper would be much nicer still not a deal beaker.
