    EXTREME!!!! [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

lol - workout 1 was upper body, workout 2 was only lower. So technically it was 1 full body workout.

The only true 2-a-days I do (if at all) is a weights workout and then later a cardio/body weight workout (i.e. the sprints with pushups), or yoga post weight workout, but yoga is just aggressive stretching so does it really count?

    I'm sure your fine :p
If you like this kinda thing take a look at what i uploaded and see if its something that you think would interest you. ITs EXTREME, most people will try do it and fail the first day, puke or give up. It only takes 45 min or less so your in and out but it requires heart, focus and dedication. I know when i start up every year with the conditioning phase I'm sore, cranky, tired and frankly don't wanna do it but when i push myself through it after 2-3 weeks its all gone and I'm at a new level again

    The workout Zach has?

I love hot yoga. I wish it wasn't so damn expensive. I used to live near a place that did a 'community class' on Saturdays where the instructor was someone needing to get hours in order to become certified so they were free. Now I am about 45min from that place so its not really worth the drive. There is a place right up the street that I had a groupon for. It was like $20 for 4 classes. After that it was either $15/class, $149/month, or $999/year. It was a yoga/crossfit gym. Go figure...needless to say, I didn't join.

I just do it on my own. I follow the Yoga with Adrienne channel on youtube. She is cute and keeps me motivated. My wife keeps telling me I need to find a guy to lead me...

Yes, or the one i just uploaded above and attached to this quote. It can also be used a wonderful bulking work out and Strength directed. I rotate in the off seasons between 2-5 rep sets. If i do sets that have less than 5 reps i do burn out sets x3 once I'm done with my main segment and then i also do sets that look like this : 7/5/7/5/7/5/7/5/7 for a total of 10 sets but this i have 2 min rest
    between.

Its worked really well for me, i have increased my 7/5s up to 320 on flat bench
My 225 has gone from 26-34 in a single set when i was doing the 10/10/10s

Yeah it sucks how expensive it is. There is a place by my parents that has Conmunity classes for $10 for 90 minutes so I'll do that when my schedule works with it but I really the heated aspect of it and haven't done any regular yoga. I usually smoke a bit of weed then head into a class and feel amazing

Weird. I've never noticed a single hairy armpit from a female in yoga haha. In fact 95% of the class are woman and 85% of those are 8s and 9s. Smokin hot
