lol - exactly. My wife actually tells me when we get home (she usually goes with me, wonder why?). She always says 'did you see the instructors arm pits?' I never do. Maybe she lies so I won't go back. Hot yoga = sweaty chicks in yoga pants and sports bras doing those moves and I don't get the cops called if I am in the corner watching? Oh, I'll go back...always.

Haha my Gf is the one who got me into it. I feel like a perve every time but what the hell I'm not trying to bang any of them so I don't give a fuck. I stare and what son. Do something hahahahahaha

 

My wife made me do pilates one time and it made me realize how bad my flexibility is. It was tougher than any bodybuilding exercise I've ever done lol.

 

I haven't tried Pilates before but even yoga shows how inflexible I am

 

I stretch a shit ton before and a little bit while I workout and it's insane how much more flexible I am now. I never realized how out of shape and not flexible my scrawny ass was

 

Yup - the first few times I did yoga I couldn't do anything, just sat there in child pose (down on knees with your head on the mat) like a dope. I'm still not flexible at all and my muscles get in the way all the time but I can keep up with her on most yoga things now. I'm also strong enough to do a lot of the poses the incorrect way just using strength instead of balance. Probably not the point, but I know people mirin' so I do it anyway.

 

Hahaha I feel the same way man.

 

Pilates is yoga with more abs. I did it for the first time when we were in the Bahamas a couple weeks ago. I prefer yoga...

 

Pilates in the Bahamas doesn't sound like a bad way to go

But yea, the only thing that inhibits me putting on socks is the fact that I have decently large legs and my jeans aren't stretchy enough for me to pull my legs up that far.
