@zscott Could you tell me where I am on the list. I also sent you a PM about possibly needing some additional crossbar before mine got sent out. Didn't hear back from you so not sure if you saw it yet. Sorry, I know you are busy, just anxious to see where I am at in the queue.

Ordered February 25th, as soon as I got my discount code and still waiting..... :notsure:

All's good as long as I don't have to reschedule my vacation in May tho.

I didn't order one with a cutout so if you did that may be why.

I think those that ordered the standard cabrac/toprac without cutouts were the bulk of his orders. Us fellows with the 4Runner, special request orders are still being cut and processed. Paid on 2/26 and #99 on the list.

well let's see. I am pretending to be Zach today. (After I work my full time job and get home from work), I could spend my time hunting down where someone is on the list of shipments, writing them a thoughtful e-mail giving them the myriad list of logical reasons for why I havent got to them yet. Looking up their original order and then somehow adding another crossbar to their order (even if they havent paid yet or they are just possibly considering it).....OR.....I could package up another order that has all the components ready to go, produce a shipping label, and get it out the door so that I can EARN the money I have already been paid.

Not sure about you, but I prefer the latter approach.

If you ordered a lightbar it wont ship till I get those from Heretic. There are a bunch of people with those and with 30" cutout deflectors that ordered earlier than some others but haven't shipped because I don't have the lightbars yet or the 30" cut out wind deflector.

Guys, you are all in good hands! I am sure Zach is working hard to get all the orders processed in a timely manner. I can only imagine how busy he is, between this, his normal job and family. I ordered just after the groupbuy because I was still on the waitlist and don't expect mine for weeks, it's just the way it is with a GB of this size. Alot of time and effort has gone into this on his part. Just sit back and wait, the end product is amazing even if it takes a little longer. :)

Even though I wasn't in on the GB, Zach. Thank you for setting this up! Be sure to take time for you and your family as well!

Agreed, just wondering if I'm going to have to re-book holidays for a road trip that I'm relying on having my racks for (few thousand mile trip to explore Oregon and pick up a rtt that'll mount on the rack). My biggest concern is holdups at the boarder with shipping, which is completely out of Zachs hands.

Please don't pretend to be somebody you are not, let them answer for themselves. I paid for mine already but wanted buy more before it was shipped out, thats why I was asking. Otherwise, I don't mind waiting, I'm in no rush. No need for sarcasm.

FYI. @zscott responded with a good reason why not all of us are not getting shipping labels yet. Sometimes it is not all about the money, it is about providing a good product and good service.

I can do whatever i want ---as can you. You must have a reading comprehension problem as I was making an analogy....instead you somehow think that I was pretending to be someone I'm not.....duh.....thanks.....just in case someone cant read my username and see wait, i guess that isnt Zach.

So whats stopping you from going to his website and buying more? And putting the information in your order or PayPal information to ship it with your previous order. Why do you need him to hold your hand?

Also, I am not sure what you read from me, but I never said it was about the money. My only point is the best type of customer service is to get the product out the door and all the whining and flailing and mind changing....and oh just one more thing...and can i get special handling, and i want more stuff at a discount....is simply distracting him from the most important thing and that is producing the product the other 149 people that ordered stuff.

Some guys need to just buy direct and not enter into a group buy given how much hand holding seems to be needed. You are probably also the same guys that bitch about how expensive stuff is but yet you demand all this extra service that does not come for free. I thought the internet age was going to eliminate all this expensive service and correspondence that is required and automate all the administrative activity like ordering stuff and being notified when it is shipped. Instead, if you dont hear within a couple days and you see other people getting their stuff you get all antsy. My advice is to be patient and it will get to you. If Zach claims he has fulfilled all the group orders and you havent got your shit yet, then PM him or call him and follow up on your stuff.
