Yeah, they liked a pic I put on IG and I went and checked them out...that's some borderline gay shit right there. The very fist pic you could see a very clear outline of a dude's dick. It was a little gross. Like, it was like he literally had wet a tissue and put it over his junk. It was gross.

those are actual leg gains...the pic was in the spare room where I keep all my clothes...not an aesthetic room at all, but it's the only place I can get a good quads pic. If it were in my laundry room, it woulda looked like this:



Disclaimer: my quads are my least favorite part of my body...I have a serious complex about them. You can see the split of the three muscles really well and they're thick, but they aren't as wide as I'd like them to be, so they look puny. I'm naturally wiry, so my limb muscles are long and thin naturally. I really wish I could get my quads wider than they are Here lately, I've been doing exercises to focus solely on the outer quad.

Should be pretty damn close to his height. I think my wingspan is like 6'3ish tip to tip and I'm 6'1. Just second checked and average is like 1.002:1 ratio

I need to measure mine. Pretty sure it's not close to my height. My wife and I are the same height but her arms are at least 6" longer than mine.

haha I hate those...only b/c it hurts so bad the next day. Yesterday was the last day of the legislative session here in GA, so I didn't get home until like 3:30 am. Fortunately, my boss let me come in at 10 am this morning, so I'm not completely dragging ass. We're going out to eat tonight and my goal is to stick to steamed vegetables, fish or chicken, and vodka and redbull or vodka and tonic...probably gonna go with redbull since I'm dragging today.
