    Hi there OP. Would you have any mounting plates for a first gen? I think it will be pretty simple since there is plenty of room on the passenger side and maybe even some existing bolt holes I can use. I just gotta leave overhead space for the tall box cover and the Redline hood struts which might drop slightly below the height of the fender.

    Hi, The Bussmann RTMR mounting plates are universal and will work with any vehicle. They are not specific to the 2nd gen models only.
