Hello all, I'm coming back from a deployment soon and I found a Tacoma I want to buy. It's a green 2011 Double cab Long bed with a camper shell with 75,000, exactly what i'm looking for. It blue books for a little over $24,000 and they are asking $23,999. The only rust it has is on the hitch receiver which I would probably take off, sand and remove all the rust. It also has an open recall for the rear leaf springs. It's a one owner truck and clean carfax. Just curious to see people opinions of whether or its a good deal or not. Thanks!

I say that's a fair deal. I bought my 2011 double cab short bed with the same mileage in October for $21,000 .

Looks in good shape and not a bad price but not a steal. Camper top in $1200 anyways. Maintenance records???

did you end up getting this truck? i'm in the market for a used Tacoma as well. trying to decide if I want to take a chance on a 2011 double cab longbed v6 prerunner sport, great condition, 108k miles. asking 20,500. I think it's a good deal.

That's about twice the mileage a truck of that age should have.

That bothers me just because I put a lot of miles on my vehicles, so that means I get less years out of my cars than people who put on the standard 12K miles a year. I wouldn't want to further shorten that time because I bought it from someone who puts heavy miles on it too.

Just my opinion. Don't know what kind of miles you put on your trucks.

yep I passed on it. Looking at another right now for a bit less with 66k miles. It's a loads sr5 prerunner, 2010 longbed.

thanks for the input. It's valuable. As much as I want a 2012+ I'll be happy if I get a slightly older one in my price range with low to average miles.
