    Biggest problem I am having is finding someone that has them in the thinner material. Being an Airstream, the skin isn't flat, so the material has to be close to the original thickness to conform to the curves when I rivet it on. The 3.5" is to cover the holes from where the PO mounted the antenna on the front corner (can kinda see it above the seam and to the side of the front corner window). I have to hammer it somewhat flush before putting a patch on from where they over tightened the screws and pulled the skin up a bit.
    I'll be headed up to Portland on Wednesday to drop off the parts for my motor at the shop, if there is anyone up there that someone can recommend.

    That's what 0% interest credit cards are for, make payments! It is a lot of cheddar. With that kind of money you could do an LS swap.

    how to effectively do this;

    find a card with somewhere between 12-24 months 0% interest (that is not Chase)
    purchase
    pay your comfortable amount monthly

    towards the last 2 months of no interest, apply and for the Chase Slate to get a free balance transfer & a additional 15 months no interest.

    so 7k over at least /27 months ~260 monthly payment.

    Well, there's always the Gulf of Mexico, but things seem to have slowed down there quite a bit since oil prices took a dump. Might be a few years before they get back into the swing of things.

    I don't work for a bank and I figured that out years ago...but I have a credit score over 800 and a good understanding of hillbilly financing. (Who cares how much it costs? How much are the payments?) Money is free to borrow if you are smart about it. You can also hang yourself pretty easily, they give you lots of rope.

    Thats....interesting....wasnt your dad working with Warn so is it some sort of Warn bumper?

    Id hate to be pointed downhill and have to run the winch uphill at all.

    Reminds me of the ford and chevy style plate bumpers though. Big and doesnt provide much better angles.

    Not knocking it just not my cup of tea :)

    I'm with you guys on the winch angle. Its the Metaltech bumper. Not my cup of tea either, but he likes it.

    Most have people just cut there bumper just about parallel with the bottom part of the grille. Search some of the major vendors here and you'll see.
