Yes. The tacoma seems like it actually benefits from premium.

Will get it checked. One of the posts mentioned getting the 7yr warranty after the atf was found to be low.

If my ATF is ever found low I'm headed straight to the liquor store, grabbing a pack of smokes, and THEN looking for whoever stole my firearms...

Just saying... I'd rather go to jail with a good Buzz :D

    Damn OCD!!
    Did the drive train check
Rear differential 16 fluid oz. low
    Transfer case full
Front differential 20 fluid oz. low
u-joints all dry. 6-10 pumps till fresh grease.
AT fluid checked jumper method, pinned stat 3/4 qt low.

Oh well at least I'll sleep better. Maybe
Just waiting on my new rims and my leather seats. I might have to abstain from this forum for a bit until I can build the treasury back up. You folks have to many cool mods. My wallet can't keep up.

Yes they're free for the first 25,000 miles but the oil doesn't get changed until 10,000 and he stated he wanted his done at 5,000.

My husband and I were going to get one of these...then decided on the grizzly cooler instead. This site seemed to have the best price since you get $100 gift card to use and I've bought from them before. Free shipping. Great customer service too. No '16 tacoma link on their site yet...

Do all trucks have the AT fluid and differential fluid issues or just 4x4?

I'd rather sound like an idiot on here than walking into a mechanic shop asking him to check something that my truck doesn't even have lol

I had to do the same thing. I sent an email to avs and they are redesigning the 3rd gen one. Supposed to send me a new version once it's done.

Has anyone put in a bed mat? If so post pictures please. Did you cut the mat to fit the rings at the end of the bed?

Toyota bed mats are knotched around the tie down points.

My understanding AT fluid primary with tow package. Not sure on the differential but that's an easy check. Undo the check plug and stick your pinky in (or what other appendage will fit if that is what your into) If you feel fluid near the hole your good.

Maybe hideous is a bit extreme. I'm glad you like you're grille! That's a good thing. I just don't like shiny things unless it's my paint or my kitchen. Just too much chrome up front..

I did. Straight of Amazon. Prime shipping. It was $130 and dropped to $102 so I couldn't refuse. No trimming. I will take pic in just a sec.

Toyota's mat has cutouts for the tie downs. I picked up a stall mat from Tractor Supply for $40. Had to cut it to 5' long and notch out the wheel well areas. I didn't notch the tie down areas because it's just narrow enough to expose the rings if they're spun outward. If I find out that doesn't work I'll have to notch them out.

Excuse the mess. I'm dipping my grill and cleaning out the cab.

I caved to peer pressure (acceptance of colleagues, or whatever) dipped my grill and added my flimsy Chinese TRD emblem. Also did a keyfob mod, thanks to my wife's approval and put a hitch cap and a bed mat yesterday. Still budgeting for wheels, tires and legitimate suspension lift. All in due time.
