Finally got X6-88's perk , thst just leaves Danse , now I can get banished from the Institute and carry on with the end of the story line

 

The power armor affinity glitch is great. Get in power armor then sleep for 2 hours. Repeat. I got Danse to max affinity really fast that way.

 

Well I got myself a maxed out sentry bot as a companion, complete with dual gatling lasers and cluster bomb launchers. I don't even need to fight anymore.

 

So I never selected the Automatron first mission to be active but stumbled into the robot battle anyway while I was roaming around with X6-88

 

Wait how'd you get cluster bomb launchers when u already have gatling guns?

 

She's got the gatling lasers on his arms and cluster bomb launchers on his back.

 

I had several bots like that . Let me know if yours loses it's upgrades when it gets sent home from a mission.

BTW I went with one cluster bomb launcher and one mini nuke launcher. It's epic!

 

I'm gonna be so pissed if the mods disappear, pretty much emptied out my supplies building it. Which system are you playing Fallout on?

I thought about the nuke launcher but I got PSTD remembering when I gave Hancock the fat man and he kept spamming it everywhere haha.

 

I'm on Xbox one. Basically I was going to use hardcore bot fighters instead of turrets at my weaker settlements because of how OP they are. They a couple of days later one of those settlements was attacked and when I went there AssKicker (Bot name) was back to being basically a stock protectron. That cost a lot of caps!

 

Anybody mod drinking buddy yet?

 

Damn that's bullshit! Guess those raiders snuck up and stole his mods off of him.

Can you? His name doesn't come up as an option in my robot mod station.

I don't think you can. But if you figure it out let me know. Would love to get Buddy outfitted with dual ice cold qwinnett stout launchers, getting everybody in the commonwealth wasted, in more ways than one.

Is it just me or is there robots everywhere now ? I didn't even intentionally start the Automatron missions and stumbled onto the first mission battle , then was ambushed by a pack of robots today in the middle of nowhere , 2 of my settlements were attacked by robots and the gaurds outside Diamond City were in a huge battle with robots when I went there

 

I noticed that too. Maybe it dies down after you finish the DLC.

 

Once you are finished the dlc they tail off just like how the faction you kill off slowly disappears after you kill them off.

 

A bunch of the robots I've encountered so far are Level 90 + and are a bitch

 

You buy the Last Minute from that old lady at the castle yet? It does wonders against the robots
