Want to lift my new 2016 TRD sport but don't know whether to use spacers to give it the height I want or a lift kit ? Looking to get 3 inches . Please post examples of your lifted trucks would love to see them !

ToyTec Boss 2.0 lift TRD Pro Wheels 265/70/R17 KO2s Mobtown Offroad Sliders
I would get a kit, upgrading the suspension is a much better route than using spacers. If you have the cash i would get the Toytec boss 2.0, or one of the Icon kits. I ordered the Toytec boss 2.0.

[IMG] 20160323_154558.jpg3inch icon stage 3 with upper control arms , 285/70/17. Lot more money then spacers, but spacers are not the way to go for off roading capabilities.

dont use spacers on anything. 5100s are going to be your cheapest entry level option and yield about 2.5" of lift but will settle down to less than that. Shoot me a PM or give me a call here at the shop and we can go over your options-480-633-2929. I currently have 2 16s in our parking lot with fresh Icon kits on them and they both ride awesome!

I'm kind of in the same boat. Not ready to spend at the moment after getting the OEM Audio Plus system and MagnaFlow exhaust, but later this year or next I will be. Looking for a mild lift/level and to be able to fit slightly larger tires (275's probably) plus TRD Pro/FN FX Pro wheels without rubbing. I had 275's plus a 3" front 1.5" rear level on my Tundra with a spacer kit and everything else stock (stock TRD Rock Warrior suspension) and it still rode "ok" but I had E rated tires that ran around 45-50 PSI and that really didn't help the ride, haha. Looking to do it right the first time with my new Tacoma.

I'm interested in the Icon stage 2, and it looks like it would fit my needs unless I really need UCA's for some reason. Also considering the 5100's plus OME coils and AAL. But if I'm going to do it right and drive this thing 100k+ miles, I don't mind spending more.

I do miss this guy though, just not the MPG or fitting it in the garage

One was a Stage 7 build with Omega Bypasses in the rear and air bumps. The other we did a stage 2 with extended coilovers, camburg UCA and RR 2.0s. We are the largest Icon dealer in the world so I have these kits in stock and ready to ship. PM me or @SDHQ OFFROAD for TW pricing!
