I ordered mine without a light bar, but I just saw you guys offer the Rigid Radiance series. Do you have any experience with them? Wonder how they compare to the E-series, being less than half the price haha.

They have 60 3 watt LEDs. So 180w total. Comes with wiring harness and switch. We don't have them individually on the site. Right now they are only offered with the bumper guard as a less expensive 30" led option.

They are nice lights. Same Rigid quality just not as pricey. The biggest thing is the back lighting they have. There are different colors to choose from. The optics have a combined flood and spot pattern in each led. So not as many LEDs but still pretty bright.

I was trying to compare their linen output (approx 8800) to what I had with Piaa 520 series I had in the past but couldn't find that info. Those were pretty bright.

The PIAA 520s are halogens which have a little bit lower luminous efficacy than LEDs but if we compared lumens to watts... 8800 lumens out of a LED light is equivalent to about 145 watts. The PIAA 520s are 85 watt lights but are designed to put out what a 135 watt light produces. So the 8800 lumen LED should be slightly brighter. The light projection of the two lights seams to be comparable so I think you'd be happy with the Rigid Radiance light.

@brandonaz Is the light bar exactly 30", or would a caliraised 31.5" bar fit in that space?

There's 1/2" difference between the ProLed and the Rigid. Neither are exactly 30". It wouldn't be a problem at all to set the tabs at 31.5" for you. Just shoot me an email if you order and I'll make a note in it so we know.

Do these light bars cause any issues with the air bag senors?

I can positively affirm my air bag sensors worked one week after installing the bumper guard / light bar on my 2015. The airbags saved me but, unfortunately, not the truck, may she rest in peace. The bumper guard bolts to the frame, not near the sensors.

Weve had a lot of orders put in on the GB. Brandon has the control on this one so I would send him a PM and see what he is cool with. I know he has worked out a few of special requests for the TW group and went above and beyond great customer service.

Regardless, get on this deal ASAP. The extra 10% is a nice chunk of change.

Question for the install -- When I'm about to install the light bar, do I need to mark the position of anything in case it shifts? I can't tell if loosening the existing nuts to mount the bar will cause something to fall down or move around.

The install requires the removal of the two outside nuts that attach the bumper support to the frame but there's another nut on the inside that isn't removed. That inside nut keeps everything attached and tight so there aren't any issues with loosing alignment on anything.

Yeah, the bumper guard doesn't cause issues with the air bags.

The bad news is we hit the 20 mark...

The good news is Brandon is awesome and is going to let it go a bit longer.

Better get in before he changes his mind folks.
