So I been looking for a 4Runner for when my daughter is born so I don't have to try and carry her around in my truck. Well while looking I came across the Lexus gx470 and while getting as much if not more standard and as cheap as a 4Runner I got one

    Her she is

And yes I'm keeping the truck

An older vid I did by grand junction

So I'm taking the time today to brake in the diff. I'm assuming I'm heating the diff enough. I drove it for 12 miles 4hi between 25-40 mph. I waited an hour and I just finished the 2nd run for 14 miles. I'll wait until 6:30 until I go out again.

    What haven’t I changed?
Can you see the drive from the disk management tool?

WinKey+R, type in "diskmgmt.msc" and click OK.

You should see the drives connected to your system and their partitions. If you can see your external drive, right-click on all of its partitions and delete them, then create a new one and format it.

It just shows up as a USB Drive and has zero volume with no formatting. I even moved it to an e sata connection and then it doesn't show up at all. It's pissing me off.

I just did my 1st break in drive on my 4.88s. Ran 4wd most of the time, removed for sharp corners. I might not drive it again until Tuesday though.

Yep, 255/85r16. GPS says I'm 5mph under at 55mph. I'll pull my drive gear for the speedo this week and check my options.

I'm thinking when I regear I'm going 4.88 instead of my original 4.56! More power! Don't really care about mpg's on the highway anymore lol! It's bad already and do you have a build thread I'm on tapatalk right now lol!
