My GF Scratched my driver side rear fender of my 09 TRD Coming out of the underground parking in our building. The scratches are not deep and only on the plastic fender flare. How much would this cost to get repaired and painted, or are there any good products i can use to buff out the scratches and maybe save a few bucks.

    your sad buddy,

I am in the middle of the north atlantic on a ship headed to Cork Ireland, i will post a few pics when I get back. She just lightly grazed a cement pillar in the underground parking.

haha alright. its just a little hard to tell the extent with out a pic.
If its not bad, you might be able to get some touch up paint, do a little sanding (high grit), and clear coat. idk some others will hopefully chime in.

Im working on deep chips all the way through right now.

The fender flares have a matte finish so I don't think you can wetsand and buff.

If you take the flare off yourself and reinstall I can't see the price being too radical. There is a special procedure to get the matte look so be sure the auto body shop of your choice is able to replicate it.
