Installed my Hellwig rear sway bar this weekend, big improvement! Seeing I don't really do much, if any, real off-roading it's not an issue.

I hated selling my 08 but have another low mileage spare car for work and wife has a new 16 suv. If insurance is not an issue you should keep the 07. We just have too many cars and trucks (down to 5 now) to justify extra insurance. With my spare I will stay under 10k a year on the 16 so will be around 30k miles when its paid off and I retire. The 08 sold for a good price and it felt good to replenish the ole bank account. But I loved the 08 and it had under 60k miles when I sold it.

    Nice!

I was looking at that kit as well. Had one on my Fronty and it helped quite a bit with the handling. I won't be doing any serious off-roading either so the main thing keeping me from doing it on my Taco is having to drill through the frame; especially since these have the rust issue.

Where'd you end up buying the sway bar from? I was local to them when I had my Fronty so stopped by their factory, but they don't sell direct. I ended up buying online for a lot cheaper from some place in NY.

AutoAnything had a sale and free shipping under $200 shipped so couldn't pass it up. Wasn't keen on the drilling either but in the spot it's in not a problem from my opinion, plus the changed their frame material and forming process so I don't see it as an issue on the new ones. Thinking about the beefed up front one they offer that another member did and was real happy with the results as well.

Right on. AutoAnything would still get me for tax though. The polyurethane bushings would be an improvement over stock, but I wonder how much stiffer the front sway bar is compared to stock.

I'm going to get a tri-fold cover for my 5' bed. I am thinking the Extang solid fold 2.0 and was giving this price, any owners have this and like it also is this a good price!

I went for looks over functionality to be honest. Purpose was to get the tailgaters off my rear and if I were to use it while camping, then I would just put down my tailgate. Also noticed that most people on TW have similar setup and put them closer to front. But to your point, it would function better if they were closer to the rear.

Got my Bakflip Fibermax on. Here's some pictures for anyone thinking about getting this cover. I love it so far, still can use the whole bed when I haul my bike. I love how it sits flush with the bed as well, one of the reasons I got it.
