    Its not a private road but you can have your rights to the road revoked like me, its a road to some hiking trails and biking trails, Need a pass to do that Your free to drive it as long as you are obeying the rules. Its not off roading if you are just going for a cruise or drive up for a hike.

    No tickets, he took down my info pretty good. Got my truck model, plate numbers, a FULL description of it on his little notebook. then My driver license number and name. Told me if he see me in this truck hes going to give me a ticket for trespassing.

    He was nice for giving me 2 options tho, Go home or get a citation, I took go home.
