I've never been messed with for the ditch lights but like it was said, depends on the cop and the amount risk your willing to take.

If your rural, I say run it. Just don't be that asshole driving down the road with it on.

Yeah man, I feel like it's a crap shoot. Don't really feel like I'd get a ticket, just don't want to give them a reason.

If a cover was available Id def go that route, but they're not unfortunately for the TRS's.

And true, would never run lights going down the road as that is a huge asshole thing to do.

More or less just not trying to get fucked with by the cops for having uh LED.

    Appreciate the feedback, gentlemen!

So it's been a while since I poked my head in the door...what have I missed? :D

Rode out with Brandon and a few other guys once a few years ago...and then wimped out every time after that. Don't judge.

Just traded my '13 for a '16 last week. So far zero work done to the new pickup. Can't decide where to start!

Sugar Shack donuts is just around the corner. Highly recommend stopping there for a donut or two and a coffee.

Question for you guys...because I'm just not sure

I let dude at Auto Xtras in Lynchburg talk me OUT of a suspension lift when I lifted my '13 Tacoma. It seemed odd that he didn't want me to spend more $$$ with him so I went along with it because I wanted the lift purely for aesthetic reasons, I guess.

Then, I bought a Billy/Eibach/AAL kit from Headstrong Off Road and it sat for a LONG time before I finally went back to Auto Xtras to see about getting it installed. This time around, the guy says I shouldn't include the AAL with the lift and should instead use the shocks and springs from the kit but allow them to use a block for the rear (I like my truck slightly raked). Keeps saying the truck with "ride like shit" if I add the AAL...

But my truck "rode like shit" with the block lift

I plan on using this lift (since I never got around to installing it on my '13) on my new Taco...but can anyone speak to the "ride like shit" statement? It's a truck, right? Stiff suspension is to be expected as compared to my grandmother's Buick.

And if anyone knows of a local place where I can get said lift installed on a 2016, I'm all ears. I don't dislike the guys at Auto Xtras by any means...but I'm really not familiar with any other place that does
