What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I've been waiting just as long. It's the closest thing to the one that's on All-Pros site. It's the black 08 Taco with the Long travel. Not a big fan of the cow catcher type an really didn't want anything extending the front out further or the sides past the flares. If I were to make one myself, this was pretty much it.

 

Washed my other ride while the taco holds my cold one..

 

Spent part of this past weekend building a platform for my little fur ball that was inspired by other doggy platforms I've seen on this thread.

I know I've seen it but can't find it now, the All Pro I mean.

 

Don't do a spacer if you're not a cheapskate. do it right and do a suspension lift. I spent $1k on my OME setup and couldn't be happier.

See, that's what sucks now days. My 2003 WAS bulletproof! 146,000 miles and i spent $1000 total on repairs (other than brakes, tires and batteries). There is so much tech in these cars with all the sensors and electronic control stuff. It's nice, but if a sensor malfunctions and tells the truck "you're broke" the truck is dead. Nothing is actually broken, just a jacked sensor. Scary that i could get stranded in the middle of the desert because an O2 sensor acts stupid.

I sound like an old man. I'm 40. Back in my day....

The letters are more spendy than the thin vinyl ones but I like the extra depth. Service from the guy in Puerto Rico was very good. I'd post a picture but the truck is covered with road spray from the recent snows. The color is a bit more orange than the taillights but It seems fine to me.

 

But wait....that's not all. Don't forget the tailgate letters too.
