Anyone know a place I could take my sliders to get welded on? 4wheelparts won't do it for some poor reason.

    I'll have check it out.
I'm at 184k. The state of vehicles in general at these miles is indicative to how it was driven and serviced. However, from what I know, the 4.0L is very solid and carries the toyota legacy of kicking no matter what. The drivetrain will wear well too. There's a thread on here, someone with a 2006 has over 400k miles on his truck and original equipment even with off-roading endurance.

You can't really go wrong with any year of the second gen. From 2005-2015, it's a really great platform. After that it just comes down to configuration, doors, and trim. But like I said, you can't really go wrong.

Are your bushings worn out? I would send that picture to them and ask their thoughts.

Allpro is going to warranty them no questions asked, but I found it pretty interesting to see the wrap on the front of the leaf packs grinding into the bottom of the truck.

Mine never did that and I pushed them hard but not the RTT and the weight you have.

    Info on the shackle flip?

I run about 300-400 lbs back there 24/7 from the pack rack, bumper with swing out, rtt and gear, but this is my daily I hardly off road and when I do its like basic back county camping spots and trails. Clearly it's been grinding for some time now. Leaf packs are only 13 months old too
