Just keep in mind the work to place it on the shaft and then mount it on the truck.

I have read through half of this thread and it doesn't seem to bad. Do you have any concerns about installing it.

Not at all. At least for my application since Im a double cab long bed. I know at one point Tom Woods wouldnt make one for it cuz the shaft is too long. I changed my stuff around due to angles and not due to the bearing itself.

I called one company in town and they told my they wouldnt because the shaft is to long. Then called another shop someone referred me to and he has a double cab long bed too. The shop said they can do it but beff it up so it will work. I have a dcsb so I don't fucking know lol. 75 dollars sounds better than 425. Don't mind about modified have a grinder an can get the oxy-acetylene from work if need be.

Shouldnt need either if youre pretty much stock. Just put it on. And then use a piece of metal to back it with, if needed to drop mount it on way. If want it closer to stock mount it the other way with a couple of spacer like shown on the first post.

Ordered 885 and bilsteins with the darker leaf pack should be in this week so I can do the bearing at the same time as the lift.

Buy once cry once. You'll be good to go in doing it all at once. It'll take a little bit longer, but it's SOOOO worth it!

Thanks man for the input. How hard is doing the needle bearing thinking about doing that too. I have a jerky movement when accelerating or letting off the gas. Doesn't help with the boost I have too.

Search up how to change u joints and the carrier bearing. Not bad at all with the know-how and a u-joint tool rented from a place
