3" toytec with bilstien shocks and struts
Just bought a 3" toytec lift with bilstien shocks and struts. Just wondering if anyone has this lift and how they like it. Plus im going to be buying wheels and tires soon. So im looking at a 33x12.50 r15 stt pro. But the 35x12.50 is $19 more so im think of going that way. Just want to know if ill have issues with clearance and or driveability. Its a healthy 2.7l so im not too worried.

35's are huge man, You'll need a regear if you enjoy driving.

Try 285/75/16. They fit a lot better on our trucks... Or 255/85/16.

Is your truck auto or manual? I have 33x12.50 on my 2.7 5spd. Did some trimming and have slight rub at full articulation. Plans are to regear to 4.88's in the near future, I'm also on 2.5 to 3 inches of lift

This. Plus, expect some rubbing. 35's will be too large without having to do some major cutting if you want to turn or even go wheeling. With 33's, Likely you will need to 'modify' some areas with a hammer or pain ole cut away. I put on 1.25" spacers on all corners but, mainly for the front rubbing issues with larger tires. I even moved my rear axle forward 3/4" so the wheels tuck up inside the wheel well more evenly. Still have some rubbing but nothing too serious.

Check out this thread. Should give you a pretty good idea of what your up against if you go with 35s.
