    Man I ordered ORDCLB 4x4 Quicksand back in November . Went in 2 weeks ago and they said 6 weeks more . Ugh

    Just contacted my dealer and he advised my build date slipped from 4/6 to 4/19. Also interesting is the VIN on the email seems to indicated it will be built in Texas (5XXXXX) not Mexico (3XXXXX)?

    It's a 4x2 Magnetic Gray SR5 V6 w/ Appearance Package if that matters.

    Well, today is supposed to be my build date...I emailed my dealer for an update this morning to make sure it's on track (haven't heard back yet). We'll see :fingerscrossed:, I don't like these posts about build dates slipping :mad:. I am one of the longer waiters around here, ordering way back on October 29th - so 5 months from order to build (hopefully).

    Dang dude. Mine was a long wait too (ordered 10/17) Toyota is actually providing me with a check in the neighborhood of $1,000 because of the wait. Discuss this with your dealer, it's a Toyota thing but the dealership supplies the appropriate documents showing you bought the truck. I signed my finance papers Saturday and they said it should be 4-6 weeks for my check. Good luck.

    Do they build these out of Denver? My dealer just called me and said they ordered through Denver. They said it would be 2-3 weeks

    Yep, I believe they only build the Tacomas out of San Antonio and Mexico.
