    If you are going to ask a question and then argue with the answers why even ask the question? Go with your bulbs and be ready to replace them every year. Then when you bitch about replacing them somebody will dig up these posts and tell you to suck it.

    A similar situation with an auto loan, and I did this. I kept very detailed notes from the day we started having problems. They told me they were recording the calls and I said good. I would start calling them out on things they told me, they would deny, I would tell them what time and day, and if they didn't believe me to listen to the recordings they had. Well, come to find out, they "lost" the recordings. And I got out of that loan pretty easy after it was all said and done. It was a long week of dealing with stupid people. And I will never use Ally bank again.

    I guess we could try but I called the two guys in charge and never got a call back. They know, I've emailed, called and so has the wife. As of today, nothing! No parts, no loaner, no clue when it will arrive. Corporate is getting a phone call. It's been right at a month since this started. And we've been waiting 3 weeks for the part
