Already did. I didn't even ask them to replace it just asked for advice but they offered to swap them out for me. Great customer service. I know they will make right on it. Not too concerned really. But I was curious if anyone has ever seen anything like this it's certainly a first for me

Kit is brand new. I think only 2 other people have it. It's still a prototype kit but final model is in production. There is a thread here I need to find. It's from Archive Garage

Bolt on.... technically speaking, yes. But getting the truck to the point where it's capable of being bolted on is another story. Had 3 other people helping and install took 10 hours from start till wheels back on the ground

Getting the stock hanger off the frame. Went through two $20 drill bits and 3 angle grinder disks. It would be easier if you remove the bedsides but I couldn't do that because of my pack rack. Just very difficult to remove the rivets and drill them out.

I cant imagine. if im the on doing it, I prolly snap more drill bits.

so once you remove the rivets... those shackle flip kits use the same holes where the rivets are or you have to drill new hole to the frame?

The instructions with the kit say to drill out the rivets but there are 4 on each side and even with a bad ass drill bit you'll get at most 2 rivets per bit. So I took an angle grinder and cut the heads off the rivets then punched them out. Once they are out, you can use your bit to drill out the frame which is easy. They use the same holes the rivets came out of but you need to make them all 1/2" holes the rivets is slightly smaller. So you just expand the 8 holes a tiny bit and then it bolts up. It's those that suck

@ProForce I was wondering if you could possibly help me installing fog lights in the near future. I have asked Jerez but he has been busy and said you have the knowledge and know how to make a wiring harness to set up the fogs. Not in a rush, just curious.
Also @adriancast do you still have that stock fog light button in a shed ? lol I would like to buy it off you, if possible. Thanks

So does your truck not have stock fog lights? It should be pre-wired no matter what. Check behind the blanks for a harness and look inside the bumper for wire pigtails. I can help but it probably won't be till mid may. I'm busy the next 2 weekends then I go on a business trip to new Mexico for 3.5 weeks

I'm gonna try to achieve full droop this weekend. It's hard to do that now because of the extra travel. But you can stock me on IG @proforce1 and follow the progress and best pics
