3rd Gen Tacoma Possible Look

I just roughly put together a 3rd gen 4runner with gen 2 tacoma's bed. It's not perfect by any means, but you can get some ideas of what 3rd gen might look like. Just thought I'd share.

haha could have posted this in the already started what the 3rd gen will look like. anyways i like what you did and i can see the new tacoma looking alot more boxy like the new 4 runners!

Looks like a Ridgeline/Hilux cross I wouldn't buy one if that's what they look like..

 

they just keep getting uglier. I don't know why all these companies ruin good designs by trying to reinvent the wheel, no pun intended. The best looking Toyotas were the 04 double cab Tacos. They should make one of those again, but bigger and more heavy duty.

the 4Runner comes with a Trail version... more plastic than paint, maybe they'll offer something similar for tacos.

But I really didn't like the 2nd gens at first though! I thought the rear fender flare with the angle was ridiculous. Man it sure grew on me though! I do like the new 4Runners after seeing one in person and have (some) faith in Toyota that they'll make the 3rd gen pretty rad.

I like that trail edition, I wish it was available with the third seat...online it says only the sr5 and the limited have the 3rd seat option, and the limited is ugly with those 20 inch tires.

Looks like a Ridgeline had a one night stand with a Pathfinder from the 90's, smoked allot of crack during the pregnancy, and spit this out 3 months early...
