That's the same climb. At the top you cut left and in that corner is a shitty rocky section

Footers get inspected tomorrow morning. Hopefully they pass, and I'll be pouring concrete in the afternoon. Then after that I should get some block this weekend and start laying. Sunday I am driving to NJ to pick up a load of lumber from my buddy (a large amount) and coming back Monday.

Needless to say, I will not be able to come to Greenville Friday. My schedule for the next year or so consists of getting this building and house finished. Thanks for the invite though.

If you're not going to wheel it, what's the point? And you'll hurt the trade in value if it's all pinstriped. I wouldn't do anything to it. It's to nice.

I just hate chrome and will eventually need to rederp it. But rederp is the cheaper route. Maybe I'll just throw that dog sitting money on the principal. I'm the worst at decisions.

I started building houses here in 2003. I got out of it in 2009 when the market took a dump, and had to find something else to do. I used to know all the inspectors, and had a good relationship with all of them (except one, he was a pain in the ass).

Now, all the ones I knew are gone, so we will see how the inspections go.
