Yep, I love it. It rides so much better than stock on and off road. no drooping in front when braking and little to no body roll.
I am totally happy with the lift.

Does it ride stiffer than stock?

Slightly more "firm" but in a good way. No body roll or brake dive. By no means is it a "rough" ride though.

Love my 885's! That sweet ass ride goes away if you get an E rated tire in a 33", but you should still do it :D

hahaha I really want 33's but my tires are brand new. I was hoping to get a D rated 33" when its time though. Especially because 4 banger!
Thanks man! Definitely buy the kit posted above from headstrong off-road ! The cheapest you're going to find it and free shipping!

He offered, not sure if he's around this weekend yet. Need to shoot him a text! if not I'll probably try and tackle it myself but the extra experience would be very helpful

It definitely helps to have an experienced set of extra hands. My brother-in-law can change out and install just about anything on a vehicle so I was there mostly to run tools, push, pull, lift, loosen, tighten anything he needed. It went real smooth and we finished surprisingly fast.
The Deaver is a single add-a-leaf that stiffens up the rear, lifts, and increases load capacity. The HS 3 leaf progressive pack will make for a smoother and softer ride I believe. Leaf packs should be more comfortable I hear but I think the AAL feels great. Doesn't seem to stiff to me at all but thats just me.

They're both likely 1.5" approx. lift height.

I used the Deavers 2" AAL. Got a full 2" out of it. I've heard that some people remove the overload leaf from the stock leaf pack and get 1-1/2" out of that AAL....I kept the overload....Either that, or I was going to have to use a 1/2" or 1" block to get the rear higher than the front...
