Wow! That's a lot of air for P metric tire. Hell I'm running 30 in my LT's.

Yeah unlocked. I think I had it in 4L with the MTS set to dirt and rock.

I thought it looked unlocked, how are you liking the MTS? I can't find any terrain that I like it on yet, but we've got so much snow everywhere right now, and I'm actually outdriving the MTS and Crawl Control in snow. Not that I wouldn't anyway with my skills!! :mudding:

Actually the biggest thing I'm using MTS for is the snow!

Which setting are you using? Seems like 'sand' works best for this powdery snow, but not sure for the wet stuff. We're supposed to be getting 4-8 inches tonight. Maybe I'll sneak up the hill and try it out again tomorrow. Installing my lift and alignment today 'cuz the shop is slow.

No offense, but as someone who has done the Rubicon Trail twice I'd say sliders can be mandatory on a long wheelbase rig even with good lines.

I just got back from Death Valley and found that the map showed every road I drove on, including some pretty remote washes. I just had to zoom in.

"Who needs roads? Where we're going we don't need roads!!" I sorta meant like in "real" snow, no offense. I actually havn't tried it on the snowy roads at all. I never thought to actually. I just get in and drive! :burnrubber:

I don't know how...but if any of you are familiar with Poison Spider trail in Moab, this guy somehow got a stock SR5 (with the factory street tires) up a super hard section of the trail lol. I wish I had pics of the obstacle but I didn't think it could be done in a stock vehicle let alone with no locker and street tires. Didn't see him do it, came across him after. But they said he did it unassisted lol. I was impressed lol

I put in about 100 miles in 4wd in Death Valley over a long weekend. Not really technical, nor strictly off-roading as that's illegal in the Park, but a lot of fun. This is an old mine in Darwin Wash, just outside the Park. No complaints in my first 1500 miles, though fuel economy with the RTT plus the fierce headwinds and crosswinds was nothing to brag about. Trip average was 17.2 US mpg, with maybe 120 miles off-pavement plus at least half a dozen sea-level to 3K to 6K passes, and too many miles of slab at 65-70 mph. Only use of low-range was to test crawl control for about 50 feet.
