Agreed on both counts. It is possible mine started to sag or the PO wanted more lift.

 

I'd say yeah but fitting 35's has a lot to do with tubbing and a lot of trimming and cutting even if you have 3"+ of lift.
EDIT: That's if you, persay, actually wheel it. Ask @Blackdawg what it takes to fit 35's he has a really good write up for tubbing/trimming/cutting for clearance when under flex

You can crank them up just fine. I would wait till you have a bumper or something so it won't be quiet as stiff. Can always swap coils too.

Yes..and no..

The 5 Luger fenders will bolt right up. However. They have no flare at all. Stock 4wd fenders flare about 1.5" or 2" compared to the 5 Lugers. I have some photos with some 5 lugger fenders on. Doesn't look good and didn't line up with my bumper

Yea. But you can buy new fenders pretty cheap new.

 

I was most likely gonna go that route if it didn't sell. I may end up keeping the thing but in reality I just want it gone. Didn't wanna dump any real money into it. It's back on all 4s now and driving but I'm having a hell of a time selling it.

 

I paid $400 for mine. Rebuilt them with a $25 seal kit, and they're good as new.

 

Out of curiosity how much are you asking for?

 

Picked up a bar for my truck. Anyone mounted a 30" bar in the front of a 98-00'? Need to do more fiddling S, but if anyone has pictures I'd like to see what you did to mount it.

If you have access to a spring compressor and way to recharge them with nitrogen, then that job isn't too bad.

 

Did mine with an autozone set (don't recommend it) and shop air till I was able to charge them properly. Can be done in an afternoon with simple hand tools.

 

There is no way I would do my 700# coils with a vatozone coil compressor. Waaaaaaaay to scary.

 

best way is to make brackets off the frame horns. Should be pretty easy with some angle iron and drill bit.

 

That's what I am thinking, no crash bar on mine...

Trying to get 1350 out of it. If it doesn't sell its getting a flatbed, tube bumper and bed liner paint. It's not in great shape by any means. But for 1350 you can't buy crap around here that runs and drives.

 

So what you're saying is $850 buys it and ships it to my doorstep.
