Answer is right in the middle of the bed, so that your gunner had a 360 range

Do you need to know, or care?
Looks like the recommendation is a little more forward, just behind the cab.

woah woah woah...throwing out a number like that, I'd like to see a few things...taxes and levies included? I do see its manual....but I'd especially like to see the actual sales receipt. All stock I'm assuming with no add-ons.

I got a VERY good deal as a repeat customer getting almost $3k off msrp, and it is still no where near your claimed $37k which I hope you would include taxes with your paid price ( which by the way, in Alberta, we have much much less taxes).
According to Toyota website in Ontario, after tax, you got over $8400 off msrp....I dont think so.

Here is what I paid. $37,000 before taxes. And that was after the winter tires and bed mat. Why would I include taxes? Taxes paid hold NO value. I'm not trying to get into a pissing match. I was just surprised. DOC032316.jpg

Richie…most here, when quoting prices, its what you walked away paying ALL IN versus what you would of paid paying window sticker price. There is a lot going on in your bill, but basically, you go $1440 off msrp (though I'm a bit sceptical about the delivery expense being where it is). I also don't know what you got on your trade-in, so that is probably a large factor.

Appreciate posting the invoice though, interesting to see how other dealers do it.

Predelivery tax is part of the freight. They just split it up for no reason.

I posted my before taxes simply because it wouldn't make sense after my trade in as they are calculated on the value after trade. I was mostly surprised at the kijiji ad price. It almost looks like you're trying to recoup taxes? Is there tax on used vehicles in your province? I know there is here so it makes it hard to put value on taxes. cheers,

    <<<<only $3000 below retail>>>
huh? $3k off msrp was not good enough? 95% of buyers here and the US don't get that good of a deal.

Soooooo, $9500 off msrp for the Venza eh

CLoser to $8000 off the venza, it didn't have the tech package. Most of the discount on the Tacoma came from add ons they had done that I "didn't want"

Venza is a car they make just to appease the older folk who don't want a Lexus but won't "step down" to a Ford or other mainline brand from Toyota. It does not sell well and they cut fairly large rebates on them. When my parents bought their last Explorer they priced out the Venza and as soon as Toyota heard what they were pricing against they chopped 6K off the Venza...

At the end of the day @littlechilds is trying to recoup his total cost. It doesn't matter if that sounds crazy to some of us. He's hoping there's someone out there who see's value at that price for whatever reason. More power to him.

Just FYI @littlechilds yesterday I was offered 40K over the phone by the local Toyota dealer for my truck. They want to sell it in the USA to a buyer who looking for something with the S/C and already armored and lifted. You might want to see if any of your local dealers, or the dealers closer to the border, have an interest in your truck because they might be willing to swing a deal for close to what you are looking for on something new.

My folks were offered 6K off a Venza bought in December. It was the previous years model (still new) and was fairly loaded. Toyota dropped to try and match a price from Ford on a Limited Explorer with almost every option on it.

I haven't heard anything, we've been asking Toyota Canada for the DLCB TRD Offroad, but no word on whether they've listened and decided to make it available in Canada.

I'm two tanks in now, first tank got about 14 L/100km, second got 12 L/100km. Both were probably about a 70/30 city/highway mix.
